Peep Hold® Eyeglass Holders are easy to use:

With your thumb, PUSH and SLIDE the top magnet off the bottom magnet. (DO NOT try to pull them apart — they are too strong).
Position your Peep Hold® anywhere convenient on top of your clothing and place the removed magnet beneath your garment and in back of the top magnet. The 2 magnets will immediately bond together to create a secure attachment.
Next, simply slide one arm of your glasses through the hanging ring or opening. Adjust them to a closed position.
